SE SD | Looking at your pictures, I would have them cut out the floor area of the bedroom and entire
bath area. All the saw cuts could be done in the center of walls.
You will end up with a seam in the bedroom door way and bath door way.
Replace the plumbing to its correct position.
I am assuming the bedroom and bath are on a separate floor loop, not a continuation
of any other rooms. The new floor tube could then be brought up in an interior wall
and run to the mechanical room.
If the floor heat is a continuation of another room, all bets are off.
Hold thier feet to the fire.
BTW is that the sump located where the circle of insulation is cut out?
What's up with the wall located over top of it?
Good Luck
