| GC is the man on the job site which means he is responsible for fixing any screw ups his subs did. Whether he back charges the sub is up to him. As for the tubing, heck no! He pays to have it removed and reset without any splices in the slab. Now for the slab... I might bend alittle. I suggest having him squarely saw cut and remove the entire section that the messed up plumbing is under. I wouldn't settle for them just busting up the concrete along the drain lines. | |
