NW MN | We built in 2014 and what a pain in the... Of the many issues the main one is where the vent is for our roughed in basement bathroom...right at the end of the stair case going down on the opposite side of where it should be. Still battling with the builder. Didn't notice it till the first winter, every time I went down or up the stairs I felt cold air in my face. I wish I had built a house to sell on the open market and then built my permanent home on the family home place. I am stuck with what I have and how they (contractors) built it for the rest of my life... | |
