Leesburg, Ohio | The more power plants that get closed, the greater the need for more/better transmission lines. Think about it. Closing power plants does not eliminate any of the demand for power. No one stops using any electricity when a plant is closed, no one uses less power because of it. The power just has to come from somewhere else, right? Thus, more need for transmission lines.
Your attempt to say that since there are fewer power plants operating should mean we need less transmission lines, is just totally without logic. | |
