No never stuck, have left few ruts from time to time with combine/sprayer but never more then a 6-9" trench. To me even getting a tractor stuck is nothing, it looks like they have 2x D6 size dozers stuck and the crane.
I don't even know what you mean talking about rural water, everyone uses well water in this area.
