We have the keypads on both the F150 and the Explorer. Will never have one without a keypad again. I always throw the keys in the console and use the pad. Can leave it running in winter while I run in somewhere, and lock the doors with the pad.

I liked how my 10 Toyota had the keyless system for ignition and lock / unlock the doors. If you have the fob in your pocket, a touch of the top of a door handle would lock all doors, placing a hand in the door handle would unlock all doors, I liked that system and liked the keypad on my 11 F150. I wished the Toyota had the Ford keypad and wished the F150 had the Toyota one touch lock / unlock system. I got my wish with the 15 Lincoln, it has both the keypad and the Toyota like one touch lock / unlock system.
