| Not sure where you're at, but here in PA we had one of those for a very short while.
Dad killed two copperheads that liked to get into the inside of the tire.
Tire gone, and Dad built a 2X6 bigger than the old JD-A tire, and 18" high. Cats still crapped in it, but the snakes left it alone.
That was in the '50's so maybe snakes have better manners now or hopefully you have no poisonous snakes in your area.
One other thought, Spend the money on "Play Sand" if you're buying something like quikrete or sakrete, it's a much finer sand that makes way better play areas. | |
