North Dakota, USA | I did not want to high-jack IowaMark's post below but just wanted to ask how many of you have cars or pickups that do this?
We had an Impala that would lock itself once and a while. It didn't matter if the keys were in the ignition or not, or whether or not it was running. It would happen at any time.
I never had to do much to that car as far a repairs but whenever I did, I made sure tell the mechanic about it. The general reply was that self locking is more common than you might think.
Just wondering.
