Rockford, IL/Beloit, WI | If it has sat and not been fired up in 8 years, definitely drain all fluids and change filters before you run it too much. Fuel, even before you start it up.
I would be very worried about having to replace seals like previous poster mentioned if it has not been ran all those 8 years.
Fully loaded 2wd 7230 with 3400 hours and newer rubber sold locally for $47,500 earlier this year. 4wd should bring about $10-12,000 more if it's in good shape.
