A lot of states, including Illinois have laws against using your phone while driving. The fines are much less than for a commercial vehicle.
. Yup Illinois all vehicles must be hands free though I believe most drivers are not aware. I won't talk without my blue tooth. Don't like it trying to hold phone to head while driving once I got used to headset
