Banks should get one of those cameras. When they video a holdup their video's are so terrible you can't hardly make out what the culprit looks like.
I never understood those bank cameras. The first VCR and camera we owned back in the 80's took better video than them. Heck, my cell phone takes better video than their surveillance cams.
