Sports complexes arent directly related teacher salaries and what not. My dad was on the school board for many years. They got grants and funding from sources that could only be used for building upgrades or additions. Same with technology, we got new laptops every couple years. The school got funding for it that was pinned for tech. They had it so they spent it.
Maybe so but it all comes from the same source, TAXPAYERS. |
