I just cut the hole bigger and installed a standard radio. I got a Pioneer radio without CD, which means it's a bunch shorter. A full length radio can be difficult to fit in there. If you get a full size radio, make sure you don't cut the current hole any lower. Keep the bottom where it is, and cut higher for the top.
