Lenawee Co Michigan | That frame is in full resolution of the original camera upload and the largest frame with the whole vehicle. I couldn't zoom it and read the plate. You can make out 3 boxes of 2 x 2½ gallons of something in the back.
(added) and what looks like a strap or cord holding the tailgate shut. It runs from the left of the tailgate to the front right of the bed.
