i don't why they don't make a law for them cars and pickups either. happens all the time, you come up on one and you get over to pass and halfway around they speed up and go on. and driving down the road you can look in at people and 75% of them are on there smart phones. then they say the truckers are always at fault and wanna make more laws for truckers.
