southern MN		Will be interesting how this sorts out.

Why would someone wish to burn or blow up a small rural town in the middle of nowhere and not claim some victory, or proclaim their cause?

Is it possible someone was a simple arsonist and things fell into place to create a blast that was not ever envisioned?

Hard for me to make this fit what very little an outsider knows of the deal.
