Biggest issue with your tank mix is the gly and 24d stunt them bad enough that it will not absorb the rest of your mix to kill the roots.

Sharpen and atrazine do not work on the roots. They would have contact activity and while atrazine is taken up through the roots and leaves, it is a photosynthetic inhibitor and only works in the leaf tissue. Sharpen is a cell membrane disruptor so its primary activity is contact on the leaves. |
