North of London | i wouldn't call it 'communism' just prudent penalties for being a danger on the road.
Couple weeks ago we were travelling on the 401. a divided highway in Ontario,and were overtaking a transport when he wandered over the centre line in front of us causing us to brake and wait out his meandering.
Over the centre line then off the edge on the right.
When he finally settled down in his own lane we hurried past and sure enough he either had a toothache or the hand against his face was holding a phone.
Those fines are peanuts compared to an accident. | |
