SE - ND		I've go a similar problem on my 93, T-800...

-Replaced relays
-Re-wired all headlight & taillights

Still have the issue.... I believe it may be in the fuse/relay center. I've heard that the connections deteriorate and start causing similar issues. I have yet to tear into this area though...
