SE IA | I don't know if worse or better but had tires rotated and a tire fixed. They over tightened the lug nuts enough to strip the threads. Tried to change a tire and lug nuts locked on. Car dealer used a sawsall to cut aluminum rims off enough to get to the studs to cut them off. We were changing rims anyway and car dealer was very fair. Tire shop wouldn't stand behind anything kept insisting they calibrate there air wrenched everyday. Will only go to a tire shop that use a torque wrench to finish tightening. And then recheck later. | |
