In my opinion, draining the fuel tanks out and putting a little fresh gas in and attempting to get them to run, which might require fiddling with the carburetors and magnetos, would be worth it. A runner is always going to bring more than one that doesn't. I wouldn't get into cosmetics, tires or major mechanical work, though.
