| At first I went with the recomended settings on trimble guide and I had the ant mounted on the cab on the front edge. Every time I would turn around i woud be 3 or 3 feet off. And would lose my signal. I assumed the overhang on the mauer grain tank extension would block my reception so I remounted the ant on top of the grain extension. I changed my ant height settings and still not much luck. I am going to have to make a bracket to mount the ant out in front of the cab over the platform for best performance. I have gone as far as increasing my freeplay settings and that seems to steady the line a little. I am using a 20 foot 1020 platform and not sure what the optimum swath size is either. | |
