South Western Ontario, Canada | Our 1200 12/23 has around 14000 acres on it. We just finished putting new openers and closing discs on the full planter.
After putting on the wide rubber on transport wheels it is a dream to use!
To help more we should know what you are using now....
Comparing the old 1200 to our newer (2013) John deere 1770 the case is WAY more user friendly. The Case meter is easier to set (along with whole planter).
We would have a Case planter but they don't offer dry fertilizer on anything over 8 rows. Had not so great experience trying to blow fertilizer so that's what steered us away from that system. |
