I'll wager that his local congress critters helped him in his endeavor..... I'll also wager that there is more to the story than what we see in this article. I can't imagine that the EPA took this case that far into the legal arena if they didn't think they had a case???
The epa can do whatever it wants they are not controled by the people. They could just simply take him to court to ruin him if an agent simply did not like the way he looked at them during a visit to his ranch.
He fought the EPA and won!
