I guess I'm going to nitpick a bit on that. I'm glad he won. Suing the government just costs all of us money. The real solution is to elect new congressmen and change the law. I also believe it's necessary for some of us to run congress to represent our interests in these matters. My two cents


To a degree I agree with you however, even though we act like these agencies have unlimited resources, the EPA had a budget in 15 of 7.9 billion which is unlimited in our individual minds but is not in reality. If we could counter sue for what they fine us for and you did this across all agencies you would see agency employees who bring about suits that cost the agencies the kind of money they are fining the public fired whenever they lost a suit. Agency heads would have to start firing employees who over reach as there are hundreds of such lawsuits out there that could bankrupt the EPA or other agencies in the alphabet soup and thus cause them to be more judicious in their activity. Besides I remember this story when it first came out and that was several years. This family is owed reparations.
