If it is muddy in the spring you will have clods with anything.
The rear lift wheels cause the problem with the Dawn Units. Have had good luck with the Dawn Units here and am pleased with the whole system. This will be the second fall and I think last spring was one of the wettest we have had. So here it has worked fine.
