If you drive an ag plated truck you do not need a dot physical in IL. Just declare yourself an excepted interstate driver and you keep your cdl and you are good to go, as long as the truck has ag plates and you stay within 150 miles of home. You can even cross state lines and be ok.


Only works for a straight truck not a class A combination.
