NS Canada | Ontario is up to something currently where they are trying to promote farming in the north. Spending money trying to get some land viable.

Stupid really, since they went and covered 1000's upon 1000's of acres (some of the best land in the country) with pavement in southern Ontario. So lets just give the farmers the crappy land up north and let them have a go at it.
