Cherokee County, Northwest Iowa | Between April 18 and yesterday have gotten 5.0 inches, then add the 3.4" gully washer we got late yesterday afternoon and overnight-not very pretty. As stated above, started with the 10 inches of rain in a 24 hour period last August-have never seen so many wet spots in my lifetime around here this spring, but will be seeing even more now. Majority of the corn is planted, few beans in the ground around here. I have been in the field 8 days this spring so far. |
