Harrow is likely a good idea I would think. Probably wait till they are just out of the ground and a warm day so they have more give when you drive over them. Should rip some out and leave the others. Though now that I think of it, if they are just in the hook stage anywhere the wheels go it might kill them all. Maybe have to wait later?
