The biggest problem with most planter frames for the Pluribus is the transport wheels. If you are going to move much residue at all for clear strip, the wheels will in the way of the residue flow. They are in the way at times on my planter while planting if I have to move much stalk. Also, those units are HEAVY. I would like to put units on an old Kinze rearfold frame as most of the wheels are not inbetween the units, but I'm affraid it wouldn't carry it very long.
Just my opinion. I tried Jim's 4 row demo bar last fall and was very impressed. They are built to last.
