Mine will go to the H's starting with Ha, Hb, and so forth. Nothing I did, just the way mine works. I thought mine (Kyocera brigadier)was pretty dumb until my company phone (HTC 6526) went from flip to smart. The two are both droid but operate very differently. I like my personal phone a lot better knowing how bad it could be.
