| Some people in billing just go through the motions and hit the high points I am sure. Years back I kept getting nasty phone calls from a local parts source. The gal was REALLY nasty. The thing was they owed ME money. Finally the gal said they would close my account if I didn't get current. I told her send me a check. She didn't get it. I finally went to the dealer in person. I told the gal I was going to close my account. Still the same nasty gotta get my account current. She wanted the account settled today etc. I told her if she wanted to get me current I wanted my money and I wanted it now! She still didn't get it! I had to talk to the owner, who had no idea why I was wanting my money and to close my account. | |
