Dearfield Co. | Talked this over with my oldest kid who has been thinking about starting something-------------According to him McDonalds are not franchising anyone that doesnt already own a store or 2. His pick due to total cost involved and possible profits has been a jimmy johns sandwich shop . He stated Chikfila now is about a 2 million $$$ net worth to even get looked at to get franchised.
In and out is to regional it seems. Torchies Tacos is another one he looked at as well as Smashburger and five guys burgers. I guess most of them were high franchise fees as well as he thought lower returns. | |
