North of London | While I have not seen flames as high as what you had anyone who has seen a wheat field on fire should be able to imagine what trees metres high would be like when a fire gets going.
The fires in Alberta have been creating fore tornados which pick up parts of burning trees and spread the fire along its track.
Big enough fire to create its own wind to feed more oxygen in.
There is a reason they have nicknamed it 'the Beast'.
Just in but heard part of an interview with Premier Notly earlier and i think she was saying it did not grow as much or as fast today as they had expected.
If I heard correctly maybe conditions are changing to give them a hand getting it beat down. | |
