Take this for what it's worth, they look like darf rake used out west for alfalfa, had a neighbor try one in alfalfa in eastern Kansas, couldn't get it to work correctly. I think he's back to high capacity wheel rakes.
Also for your baleage you need, merger, rotary rake or hydraulic basket rakes. Wheel rakes are not for wet hay.
