Just wondering....what occupation would someone have to afford a shack like that? Are they upsizing from this sale?

I noticed there was a 7600 sq ft hangar (aircraft) w/a 12,000 gal fuel supply. With that kind of gallonage & size of hangar, I assume a jet is stored there. But, I don't see the hangar in the photos. More than that, I don't see a runway. Not likely to be a jet on grass though.
