Very good news John. I hope her recovery goes well. One thing to keep an eye on is depression. Recovery can take awhile and they say that a person can get depressed thinking of getting older and needing surgeries like that. Not that it will happen to your mom, but it did happen to Dave's dad. But he would never admit it. You know those tough old farmers.
