Try applying 300# of map, 300# potash, 100# ams. If you want a true substantial yield response you need to greatly increase the nutrient concentration in the rooting zone. If you do the actual math 50# of this or 50# of that does almost nothing to change the actual nutrient concentration in the soil and the only way to elicit a yield response is to increase nutrient uptake which can only be done by either 1. increasing the rooting area or 2. increasing the nutrient concentration in the root zone. Yield is a math equation assuming that weather/environment is static.
