Rivers, MB | So many of the sites I see along the main transmission lines across our fields I assume to be shut off valves in case of a blow out or leak along a main line. Assuming you would have many sites like that out in the bush along Right of ways between tanks, sites etc. So do all of those get shut off when fires get close? Can that be done remotely? Is there a lot of duplicate lines so that shutting down an area where a fire is advancing doesn't grind the oil system to a halt?
