Ludington/Manistee MI area | With the details provided this is an impossible question to answer on an Internet forum. Honestly I would worry more about the floor plan more than making the living room also face east for instance. Is it on a east west road or north south road? For us our living room window faces west. Two house down the veiw to the west would not be good.
If our house got destroyed today I would urge my wife to make its replacement very similar but slightly larger. As many things as the previous owner did to make me scratch my head when they remodeled they picked a nice floor plan.
