IA | Moe Syslak - I take a job for the pay we agree upon and do the best work I can to make the company profitable because if I and other employees don't, the company more than likely won't survive long. Just my take.
So then which is it? You agree they should be getting the bonuses or not? It's not the wage they agreed upon? It's extra. Over 70 million dollars extra, in a time they say we need to cut 700 million out of the budget? According to your post the company won't be around long if the employees want to much pay? I guess I'm not to worked up we didn't get a raise. I dislike the fact they told us we need to cut costs and then gave themselves bonuses. |
