You nailed it!! The pay for these guys is out of reality.. and I'm really amazed at how many have stuck up for them on here. Do I think they should get what the dock loader gets? NO.. but I don't think they should make any more than 150 grand. and no million dollar bonuses either. Thats another reason why these companies go broke. Theres no common sense. They don't NEED that much NOR do they deserve it. No more than 200. They can live quite comfortably on that. And if they can't figure out how to..They can get the boot. Side note, congress is similar. Should get a Sgt.s Pay.. no more no less. and when you are out of office. THATS IT!!!! No more benefits and pensions. Its called save your money wisely and get a different job. They all put their pants on just like everyone else.
150 grand for a CEO of a multi billion dollar company. I know who you are voting for....wow!! 150 grand is nothing. So you say pay a the CEO 150 grand and I bet you say pay the fry guy or girl 35,000. That is a pretty narrow range.
Edited to add congress should not get a pension. It was not supposed to be a full time job. I am fine with the President getting a pension not law makers.
