Callao Missouri | I would say the employer is having a little trouble with its workforce spending too much time and energy on things other than its work. I worked 8-5 job for a few years but the one thing I noticed is that I was always thinking about what I was going to do when I got home while at work. I am sure it cut my work productivity down. Now as an employer I want my workers focused on the task at hand not their after 5 activities. The worst of it is, and I am guilty of it. Staying up 1/2 the night planting and then going into work dragging the next day. Not happening. I would say your employer is telling you, if you want to farm, then go farm. If you want to work, then I will cover your insurance. Jon | |
