What kind of a medal is it? Many types and kinds of medals are given to service members.
He could be a hero or just a guy who showed up and did his job.
Show it to a member of a local American Legion Post or VFW.
Anyone who honorably served in ww1 and did their job was a hero in my books. Some more heroic than others, but all served, and that service should be honored. |
