IA | So when I was hired and they told me I could expect yearly raises it was OK for them to lie about it? And I understand your point, they have alot on there plate they make big decisions, there managing a billion dollar company. They deserve to get paid well. I understand that. I don't ever expect to make a yearly wage as much as theirs. What I am getting at is don't tell us you have to make budget cuts, piss on your workers, then give yourself a bonus of millions of dollars. If your farm is struggling financially, do you increase your your own wages and say I'll just cut back on fertilizer seed and chems to make up the difference? If a business has to make budget cuts you don't start by giving out million dollar bonuses.
