IA | Here is my bitch with it. I am employed by DuPont. The President and second in command both got bonuses of 27 and 50 million dollars. Bonuses on top of there wage. At my corn plant we had a great year. We treated and shipped over a million units of corn our maintenance costs were down and we had record preventative maintenance goals met. So you know what they did for us? They froze all raises. Why you ask, well we need to cut 700 million dollars out of our budget. They could have had there bonuses and I would have had no problem with it if the production workers would have seen some raises. But we didn't. It bugs me and A LOT of others at our plant. Maybe I'm out of line with my thinking idk. Just my opinion. | |
