south east Indiana | with the spot on type treatments the oil has to get put on the SKIN. You have to part the hair and apply. I put in several spots not just one. Might try advantix. it takes about 3 days to travel across the skin and cover the body. If fleas are a reoccurring problem and the dog comes inside then you need to treat the house. !00x more fleas are in the environment than on the dog. Need a house spray for carpet and bedding, upholstery ect Not a bomb - that has a residual for longer kill. Make sure you are throwing out the vacuum bag.
I use the Seresto Collars also with good luck but if you already have fleas I would also use a topical for the first couple months | |
