poles are 400 bucks, and if they come and install, it will be about 1000 a pole total.
Suprisingly, he told us about a guy locally that bought one of their old digger trucks who has been doing it privately, so that is likely the route we will take.
They said if we were to drop the 3 phase, since they pay taxes on everything, they would pull all the equipment, rather than let it sit. That, combined with any "re-engineering" costs entirely on us due to any changes being past the meter pole, I think it is going to be most cost effective to fix what we have existing, rather than try to re-engineer the system.
