S Illinois | It looks like only outstanding sales(those not yet shipped) are above last year. Total sales to date are the outstanding sales +accumulated exports(those that already have left). This shows that we are around 3MMT behind last year on both corn and beans.
Edit: We better be careful with the outstanding sales. We haven't heard the "those sales will get cancelled" line in a while. :)
